The product itself is extremely good but the service was not up to my expectation. Only after I sent an email to enquire what happened to my order did I receive any feedback from you. I'm convinced that if I did not send the email I would still be waiting for delivery

It works great, I was skeptical as I have always used the oil heaters. The convector heater heats the room very quickly, then I put it on the minimum switch and turn the dial just over the 1 mark and it keeps my daughter's room warm throughout the night (between 21 and 22 degrees). Very impressed.

Good product, but a poor online shopping experience - no indication of delivery date at time of order placement and even after that.

Convection heater

Works okay, I prefer the oil heaters though.
