Welcome to the De'Longhi South Africa "Geldhof Hamper Easter Giveaway"! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering. By participating, you agree to these rules.

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the "Geldhof Hamper Easter Giveaway" ("the Giveaway") run by De'Longhi South Africa ("the Promoter").

1.2 By entering, participants agree to follow these terms and conditions.

2. Who Can Enter

2.1 The Giveaway is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.

2.2 Employees of De'Longhi South Africa, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the Giveaway are not allowed to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

3.1 This offer begins at 10:00 on 26 March 2026 and concludes at 10:00 on 07 April 2026, or as soon as the first 20 qualifying purchases have been completed, whichever occurs first.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the Competition:

-Purchase any eligible De'Longhi product(s) online.

5. Eligibility & Availability

5.1 First-Come, First-Served: This promotion is strictly limited to the first 20 successful purchases made on our site starting from the launch of the promotion.

5.2 One Per Customer: To keep things fair, the offer is limited to one (1) gift per customer/household, regardless of the number of items purchased.

5.3 Each valid purchase counts as one entry into the Giveaway.

6. Notification & Confirmation

6.1 The official timestamp of the successful purchase in our system will be the sole determinant of the first 20 customers. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the sequence of orders.

7. The Gift (Geldhof Chocolate Hamper)

7.1 The gift consists of a curated selection of Geldhof products with a total retail value of approximately R600.

7.2 The gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

7.3 In the unlikely event of stock issues, we reserve the right to substitute the gift with an alternative of equal or greater value.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1. If you choose to return your purchased product for a refund, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. If the gift is not returned, the retail value (R600) will be deducted from your refund.

9. Trademark & Intellectual Property

9.2. Usage: Our use of the Geldhof logo and brand name is solely for the purpose of describing the gift being provided. We are not an official partner of Geldhof, nor is this promotion sponsored or endorsed by them.

10. General

We reserve the right to end this promotion at any time or disqualify entries that appear fraudulent. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

10.1 De'Longhi Group South Africa reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

10.2 De'Longhi Group South Africa's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.3 De'Longhi Group South Africa may amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Giveaway at any time, with any changes posted on the Promoter's website.

10.4 De'Longhi Group South Africa is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect the entry process.

11. Liability

11.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to the Giveaway or the prizes, except where it is caused by the Promoter's negligence.

12. Privacy

12.1 Participants' personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available on the Promoter's website.

12.2 By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and delivering the prizes.

13. Legal

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled by South African courts.

14. Consumer Protection

14.1 This Giveaway complies with the Consumer Protection Act, of 2008. Participants can request a copy of these terms and conditions at no cost.
