De'Longhi South Africa "Brew at Home Your Way" Competition Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the De'Longhi South Africa "Brew at Home Your Way" Competition! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering. By participating, you agree to these rules.

 

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the "Brew at Home Your Way" Competition ("the Competition") run by De'Longhi South Africa ("the Promoter").

1.2 By entering, participants agree to follow these terms and conditions.

2. Who Can Enter

2.1 The Competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.

2.2 Employees of De'Longhi South Africa, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the Competition are not allowed to enter. 

3. Competition Period

 3.1 The Competition starts on 1 July 2024 and ends on 31 October 2024.

3.2 Entries received after 00:00 on 31 October 2024 will not be considered.

4. How to Enter 

4.1 To enter the Competition:

- Purchase any De'Longhi product(s) worth R5000 or more from participating retailers in South Africa, either online or in-store.

- Upload your receipt on the microsite via the QR code provided in-store or visit [shopdelonghi.co.za](http://shopdelonghi.co.za) to access the microsite.

4.2 Each valid purchase and receipt upload counts as one entry into the Competition.

5. Prizes 

5.1 We are giving away 10 De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul Fully Automatic coffee machines valued at R28 000 each.

5.2 Prizes will be awarded as follows:

- 2 winners at the end of each month from July to September.

- 4 winners at the end of October to celebrate International Coffee Month.

5.3 Winners will be chosen through a random draw and will be contacted via the details provided at entry.

1st Draw -2x winners	31 July 2024
2nd Draw -2x Winners	30 August 2024
3rd Draw -2x Winners	30 September 2024
4th Draw – 4x Winners	31 October 2024

6. Important Information

6.1 De’Longhi Group South Africa reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

6.2 De’Longhi Group South Africa’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.3 De’Longhi Group South Africa may amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Competition at any time, with any changes posted on the Promoter's website.

6.4 De’Longhi Group South Africa is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect the entry process.

7. Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to the Competition or the prizes, except where it is caused by the Promoter's negligence.

8. Privacy

 8.1 Participants' personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available on the Promoter's website.

8.2 By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and delivering the prizes.

9. Legal

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled by South African courts.

10. Consumer Protection

10.1 This Competition complies with the Consumer Protection Act, of 2008. Participants can request a copy of these terms and conditions at no cost.
