Thermostat Issues followed by short circuit

I purchased this heater two months ago, and it initially worked fine. However, it soon began functioning irregularly, only operating within the lower temperature range—up to 18°C. Recently, the heater experienced a short circuit in the thermostat section, accompanied by a brief flash of light and bang. Stopped working entirely.

Mine only works when in extra care mode. Other settings it gets much cooler on its own.. It's new, just under 10 days with me, so I may not be using it correctly..

Love the turn around time. Great product especially for babies . Heats up the room really well and it’s quite safe
